Easy Exchanges & Returns

Returns
- Not satisfied with the fit or product?
- You can return your order within 7 days of delivery.
- A small fee of ₹79 is applicable on returns, as we provide free shipping on all orders this small amount helps us cover reverse logistics costs 😊 (pickup, handling, and processing)
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- In case of COD refunds, share your UPI id on the below email id with all the order related details

Size Exchange
- Need a different size? No worries.
- Your first size exchange is completely free within 7 days of delivery.
- Any further size exchanges after that will have a ₹99 handling fee

Prepaid Orders
- You can prepay with debit cards, credit cards and UPI.
- Extra Rs. 50 off on all prepaid orders
Cash On Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for your convenience.
- A ₹79 convenience fee is applicable on all COD orders.
Sale Orders
- Items purchased during sale are eligible for size exchange only (subject to availability).
- Size Exchange fee for sale items: ₹99
Important Notes
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a free exchange. (unboxing video needed)
