CONTRACT

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email/message, including:

  • Order Confirmation – acknowledging receipt of your order.

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • If a product is out of stock, we will provide information on substitute products. If you do not wish to purchase the substitute, we will refund your payment.

REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

While we strive to process all orders, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order under exceptional circumstances, even after sending an Order Confirmation. We may also modify or remove products from our website at any time without liability.

DELIVERY

  • We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe (3-10 working days) or a maximum of 30 days from Order Confirmation.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or location-specific factors.
  • Delivery is considered complete once you or an authorized person receives and signs for the package at the provided address.

PRICE & PAYMENT

  • While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur.
  • If a pricing error is detected, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed with the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled, and any payment will be refunded.
  • We are not obligated to provide products at an incorrect price if the error was obvious.
  • Prices include GST, duties, cesses, and delivery charges but may change at any time.

INVOICE

An invoice will be provided along with your delivered order.

TAXES

All purchases made through our website are subject to applicable GST, duties, and cesses.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

  • COD Orders require confirmation via call before shipping.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are in the processing stage.
  • Changes to an order before shipping can be requested via our support team through email. However, once shipped, modifications are not possible.
